Return & Refund Policy

At Prakartikveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of skin and hair care products, we only accept returns if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement:

If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
